This is a great project for spring and summer season and with this simple 2-panel design is perfect for the beginners because works up fast and I used basic crochet stitches.

Make 2 panels:
72 + 4 = 76 ch
the work the pattern below for a total of 35 rows
Make 2 panels and sew::
15 cm = shoulder
20 cm = armhole opening
Sleeves:
1 round of sc all around in each sleeve (60)
then work the pattern for a total of 17 rounds = 25 cm
